Private and Group Career Development

  • Private Coaching

Private sessions focus on assessing skills, interests and values, developing a list of potential career paths, and devising a strategy for re-entry. We assist with resume and LinkedIn profile development. as well as networking and interviewing tactics.
  • One-Day Workshops

Our one-day workshops for womens’ groups provide an overview of job opportunities for women and contemporary job search strategies, and often feature a panel of women who have successfully transitioned back to the workforce. Our presentation is equally useful for women who have been out of the workforce for a long time or new mothers who want to find ways to keep their skills fresh and engage in smart volunteering that furthers their career prospects.
  • Group Career Development Workshops

Through our affiliation with several institutions, including NYU’s School for Continuing and Professional Studies and 92Y/Tribeca, we offer multi-session programs that enable participants to dig deeper and develop short- and long-term career-building strategies. The collaborative setting allows for role-playing, facilitates self-awareness, builds confidence, and provides a structure and accountability for reaching goals. We also arrange group workshops for our private clients at similar stages of career development.
  • Entrepreneur Private Coaching

Many women find entrepreneurship appealing due to its creativity and flexibility. We provide full-service coaching from the initial idea phase through the launch of your business, including web assistance, marketing and business strategy.
  • Social Media/LinkedIn Workshops

We run 60 to 90-minute workshops teaching women how to use social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, for job search and personal branding.
